Max Wrestling Scholarship

Max Hughes Memorial Scholarship:

This $1000 scholarship was established in 2021. The criterion for this scholarship is as follows:

• Awarded to one (or two) Senior wrestlers in the State of Nebraska
• (S)he must have lettered in at least two sports
• (S)he must have a minimum GPA of 2.5
• (S)he must be planning to further their education and wrestling career at the college level

Please submit a minimum of 250 words explaining what the sport of wrestling has meant to you and why you’d like to be awarded the Max Hughes Memorial Scholarship.

Also make sure to include your shoe size! Part of the Max Hughes Scholarship is a pair of sneakers.
